Esmerelda was not amused.
"i'll teach them not to laugh," she said to herself.
she chanted something and took off on her broomstick, cackling.
suddenly, the threesome couldn't laugh anymore. no matter how hard they tried, laughter would not come out of their mouths.

Freddy said, " Hey you clowns, what are you up to?" They told him and he **** up too. It was a jolly good fun time for them. But suddenly a loud crash came from the sky. They all turned to see what it was. Worried, they went to see what happened. Freddy said, "Oh, that's just old Esmerelda, the Witch. She fell on her rump again. Hitting that tree." Then they all fell over laughing again.

"oh, don't worry," said Night Time. "that's just Freddy. the coyote. we're friends. we used to scavenge together."
"i guess since i'm just thin air i shouldn't be afraid," laughed Jasper.
Night Time and Jasper laughed hysterically.
Freddy overheard the laughing and decided to pay a visit.

They laid on the porch together sharing stories and getting to know each other. Night Time was getting worried his human mom wasn't at home yet. He hoped she'd get home in time for supper. He licked his paws when he suddenly heard a coyote in the distance.

he saw a black cat (cats can see ghosts).
"hi. my name is Night Time. what's yours?" he asked the ghost.
"Jasper."
"are you lost?"
"yes. i just wander."
"i used to do that until a kindly woman fed me. now i have a home."
Night Time invited the ghost to the house.

There was an innocent ghost named Jasper. Everywhere he went bad luck followed him. Poor ghost. He never caught a break in life either. He was innocently walking or gliding by, when.....
